I had the pleasure of working with Karen Murphy for our last cruise, April 2024, on Royal Caribbean cruise lines.
She was so professional and guided me through each step of planning: parking at covered parking, choosing the cabin, making reservations for excursions and shows, dining arrangements, etc..
She also made my room reservations for the night before the cruise so that we did not have to drive to Galveston the morning of the cruise.
She is so detail oriented and focused on making sure that her customers have a seamless experience.

Getting 19 people to Hawaii then around 2 islands is a task in itself! But then add many different ages and interests makes it extremely difficult. Karen was able to make it stress free and seamless.
